Circulation Distribution Clerk

Niagara Gazette is seeking a part-time circulation distribution clerk for its North Tonawanda printing facility at 435 River Road, North Tonawanda, NY.

The Circulation Distribution Clerk supports the day-to-day operations of the newspaper's circulation department. This role ensures accurate and timely distribution of daily and weekly publications and provides essential support to drivers, carriers, and customer service staff. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to reliable service for our readers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and stage newspapers for delivery routes each day.
• Ensure accurate counts for carriers, drivers, bulk drops, rack locations, and special publications.
• Assist with unloading, sorting, and labeling newspaper bundles.
• Coordinate with delivery staff to resolve shortages, overages, or route adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dock, staging, and distribution areas.
• Support inventory control for bags, bands, tubes, and other distribution materials.

Candidate will work closely with the circulation and production departments. The position is approximately 20 hours a week with shift starting at 9 PM. Pay scale : minimum wage.
