Job Description
This is THE most exciting, fun, exhilerating, but also hard, sales job on the planet. Prospect and sell TO Fortune 500 companies, mostly to the Sales and Marketing organizations.
Base Salary is $140k plus commissions, bonuses, car allowance, 401k matching funds and more.
Company is a 75 year old, $1 Billion company, not some risky start up.
Average income of 100 existing sales people nationwide is $250-300k, with top performers earning $400-500k.
It takes 4 years to get to $250k.
First year earnings will average $160k plus car allowance, health benefits nad 401k matching funds.
There is an unlimited T&E budget.
My client does not hire from their industry, they prefer to find the right person and train them.
What IS the right person?
Someone who will take full use of the T&E budget with golf, ball games, shows, dinners, etc., with clients and their families.
It's not unusual for a program to last 10-15 years.
Everything they sell is renewable year to year. You OWN the client forever. You'll never have more than 4-5 clients.
