FP and A Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and reporting to executive management regarding key financial metrics and initiatives

Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, forecasting, and monthly close processes

Identify and implement process improvements across various departments to enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

Certified Public Accountant preferred

Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
