Front Desk Associate

Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associates to join our Front Desk Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

* Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.

* Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members.

* Greeting and assisting members.

* Cashier operations.

* Answering phones.

* Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service.

* Assist with special events.

DRIVERS of SUCCESS:

* A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required)

* Communication and Interpersonal Skill

* Organization skills & ability to multitask

* A passion for the fitness Industry

* Initiative/problem solver

* Attitude of optimism & teamwork

* Familiarity with GSuite
