Senior Product Manager Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for our HR Compliance products. You will define and execute the product strategy with internal and external stakeholders balancing strategic priorities revenue impact and client-driven initiatives. You must adapt in evolving environments adjust to shifting priorities and be a world class problem solver partnering across functional units to ensure client satisfaction operational efficiencies scalability and performance. You will instill confidence in internal and external partners exhibit technical knowledge and business savvy to achieve results.

Responsibilities include :

• Articulate near and long-term strategy and roadmap to senior internal and external stakeholders with the ability to show the bigger picture.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap while managing stakeholders in product engineering and operations
• Prioritize product roadmap with a balance of immediate needs and long term investments based on our priorities and strategic vision.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive product vision define product requirements and coordinate initiatives with shared resource teams.
• Analyze key metrics to determine the overall health of the product mitigate external and internal risks and utilize insights to bring changes to product roadmaps.
• You will report to VP Product Management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
