A&A Balanced Health is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant who is proficient in both Spanish and English to become part of their dynamic MedSpa team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including greeting patients, managing telephone, email, and text communications, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized filing system for all patient documents and reports. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to assist with back-office responsibilities, possess strong communication skills, maintain an upbeat demeanor, and be open to participating in sales workshops. A collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team are also essential attributes for this position.

The position requires the candidate to work Tuesday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM TO 2 PM. The candidate must have fluency in both Spanish and English, and any relevant medical assisting certification would be an added advantage. Furthermore, the candidate must be willing to commute to the Whittier office if required.
