Lead tax planning engagements, from kickoff meetings to strategy implementation. Stay current with tax legislation and research evolving strategies. Train internal staff on tax advisory services. CPA license required. 2-3 years of tax experience in public accounting. At least 1 year of people management experience. Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like UltraTax CS, QuickBooks Online, and TaxDome (a plus).

Compensation : $130,000 to $150,000
