This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula CA . We are located in Southern California’s beautiful wine country, Temecula is known for its welcoming community, scenic rolling hills, and award-winning wineries. Why do we need you?
To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related to ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments daily and complete all necessary reports. Also to provide security for the hotel’s property and guests through vigilance and attention to detail, prompt and thorough reporting, and appropriate contacts with police authorities.
What you will do :
- Required to be always in uniform when working on the property, including wearing a name identification badge.
- Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, daily.
- Performs all required audit reports.
- Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
- Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
- Prepares the front office for day shift and resets day’s business.
- Acts as a Guest Services Agent during the nighttime hours.
- Acts as the Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
- Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
- Participates in all training and cross training programs.
- Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
- Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.
- Responsible for guest and property security.
- Responsible for monitoring property lobby, office area, hallways, stairways, public restrooms, parking lots, lawn, guest rooms and other assigned areas.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining proper entries in the security log.
- Responsible for guest relations when called upon to assist a guest who may request assistance, directions or register a complaint. Also responsible for offering to help any guest who appears lost, overburdened, or in a difficult situation.
- Responsible for escorting guests and employees to their automobile when requested.
- Responsible for being aware of activities outside, but on hotel property, related to the bar area such as guest congregation in the parking lot, parking problems, or interpersonal incidents which must be reported and documented (disturbances, injuries, etc.).
- Responsible for assisting bartenders and servers with customers who become unruly, intoxicated, or otherwise ill-suited to remaining guests.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security and hotel reports / documents.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining knowledge of first aid procedures.

Schedule & Hours :
This position is Full-Time working 30-40 hours a week and the role follows a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday). The ability to work any scheduled day of the week and time of day, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
