This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Quantitative Product Specialist for the Quantitative Investment Science (QIS) team. This role involves connecting with clients and prospects, driving adoption of proprietary quantitative tools, and collaborating with internal teams to provide data-driven insights that improve investment decisions. The ideal candidate presents ideas clearly, possesses strong quantitative knowledge, and enjoys delivering impactful solutions.
What you will do
Strengthen client and prospect engagement :
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Client Service to actively involve clients and prospects using QIS tools, presenting them as key resources for manager selection and portfolio construction.
- Host product demos and facilitate deeper conversations with investment experts to highlight QIS as a strategic differentiator.
- Contribute to lead generation and define success metrics for product engagement and team interactions.
- Build educational materials, commentary, standard explanatory content, talking points, and presentations that simplify complex quantitative concepts for diverse internal and external audiences.
Drive adoption of QIS tools and solutions :
Join forces with investment teams to apply detailed, data-driven insights in decision-making processes, boosting efficiency and reinforcing strategies for stronger outcomes.Build stakeholder buy‑in through tailored engagements, impactful presentations, and demonstrations that showcase how QIS solutions elevate investment processes.Lead Marketing Strategy & Execution :
Work with marketing teams to develop compelling product materials, presentations, insights, and thought leadership content showcasing QIS capabilities.Support investor communications by translating quantitative concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.Product Development and Competitor Intelligence :
Partner with Product Management to refine product roadmap based on market trends and investor feedback.Capture competitive intelligence and find opportunities for product differentiation.Collaborate with marketing to host and attend industry events, broadening QIS brand exposure.Operations & Reporting :Define, measure and communicate important metrics to key internal collaborators on QIS platform engagement.Improve cross-functional partnerships and integrate QIS efforts into firm-wide processes.Plug into current workflows and systems to build repeatable, scalable processes that improve efficiency and impact.What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred; CFA or CAIA designation a plus.5+ years of experience in institutional relationship management or business development, private equity, asset management, or related financial services role with a quantitative focus preferred.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical audiences; strong presentation and writing skills.Experience in marketing strategy and content development within financial services is a plus.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R) and financial modeling a plus.#LI-Hybrid
Salary Range
$136,000.00 - $204,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
