Role Overview
Arm is seeking an experienced and hands?on Health & Safety Program Manager to develop and lead comprehensive safety and operational programs for Arms data center labs and facilities. This role is responsible for establishing electrical and operational safety frameworks, authoring and maintaining critical procedures, implementing equipment management systems, and deploying scalable training programs to support safe and efficient operations. You will partner closely with engineering, facilities, and compliance teams to embed safety into all aspects of lab and datacenter operations, ensuring Arm meets or exceeds industry standards while enabling innovation at speed and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Electrical Safety Policy aligned with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical lab operations.
Establish a near?miss and accident reporting system to collect, track, and analyze safety events.
Maintain readiness for internal and external audits.
Develop and deploy training and certification programs across teams and sites.

Salary Range
$165,000-$223,200 per year
