  • Support licensed electricians with residential installations and repairs
  • Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and wiring standards
  • Assist with organizing tools, materials, and job site clean-up
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Participate in regular training to enhance your technical skills

    • What Youll Need

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade
  • Drug-free, with a clean criminal background
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to lift 5075 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, or tight areas
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to safety and quality
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
