PBX Operator

Responsibilities

Position Summary :

The PBX Operator is responsible for the hospital telecommunications.

Effectively operates a multi-line telephone console transferring and connecting customers to their destinations.

This position is represented by SEIU Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

Minimum :

Previous PBX or multi-line experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possesses good verbal communication skills.

Must demonstrate ability to prioritize work needs and demonstrate good judgement.

Preferred :

Previous customer service experience.
