A company is looking for a User Support Manager who will oversee service delivery and leadership for the Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication and support between the user community and the Technology Services Group
Monitor performance and service levels, providing reports to management
Develop and participate in projects to enhance client service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 10 years of IT support experience, including five years in a supervisory / management role
Experience in client service delivery best practices and support models
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Ability to adapt leadership style to various working styles and personalities
