Turing Point is focused on building out a best in class dual treatment Intensive Outpatient Program from youth struggling with Mental Health and Substance Use. In addition, we're working to build strong families and help the communities we serve addressing mental health and substance use.

Among the current suite of services, we offer Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program, Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, Behavior Coaching and Family Services, DUI / DWAI services, and Individual and Family Therapy. Services are offered in-home, in the community, or from either outpatient facility (913 11th Ave in Greeley and 1644 S. College Ave in Fort Collins). We have contracts with DHS and DYS, and also provide services to youth, families, and adults not involved in the system.

Minimum Salary : $65,000 - $78,000

Position Summary :

Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate treatment plans for assigned caseload as well as facilitate individual, group and family therapy sessions for adolescents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in mental health discipline. Must be licensed or provisionally licensed.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor preferred, or actively seeking this licensure.
• Minimum two years clinical experience in client assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Prefer work experience with individuals and families. Prefer interest in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Self-directed work style and ability to collaborate effectively with treatment team, agency administrators, and all personnel to meet agency objectives. Demonstrated ability to show initiative in managing job responsibilities, communicating job performance ideas and concerns to supervisor, and seeking resources to maintain and build areas of expertise.
• Excel at time management, documentation skills, and have excellent computer skills to be able to navigate different EHR systems.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate program's needs to include evening.
• Ability to work effectively with adolescents
• Ability to provide compassionate and culturally competent care

Key Responsibilities :

Review each new client's comprehensive history and previous treatment.

Participate actively in the admission, treatment planning, discharge and aftercare planning for the client. In addition is directly responsible for completing client discharge summaries.
