Description:

This is a great opportunity in a beautiful, upscale town outside of Springfield, MA, near Vermont and New Hampshire (no income tax), with nearby colleges. This 200-person site produces a variety of extruded polymer films for medical devices, electronic devices, passport covers, and use in the automotive industry. The team is looking for both junior and senior level individuals to focus on the quality of their products and overall production. These roles will focus on developing and maintaining quality systems, analyzing process performance, conducting safety and continuous improvement initiatives, and providing day-to-day technical support. This company has multiple U.S. and overseas sites and offers a bonus program and a great vacation policy.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering, ideally Chemical or Mechanical
• 2+ years’ experience in films, chemicals, extruded products, injection molding or foods.
• Previous experience with ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, CAD, MiniTab, & some supervision are all major pluses
