What You’ll Do as a Bubblista BA

You’ll be the heartbeat of our bubble tea bar — shaking, stirring, and serving up great drinks and even greater vibes.

Your daily groove :

  • Craft Amazing Drinks : Follow our signature recipes to make top-tier bubble tea — fast, fresh, and flawless.
  • Deliver Great Vibes : Greet every guest with positivity and professionalism that reflects the Balance brand.
  • Know Your Stuff : Master our teas, toppings, and ingredients — including dietary and allergen info.
  • ✨ Keep It Clean : Maintain spotless stations, equipment, and workspaces that meet all safety standards.
  • Stock Smart : Follow FIFO and restocking best practices to keep everything fresh and ready to go.
  • Stay Consistent : Every drink, every shift — uphold Balance’s mission of quality, consistency, and good energy.

You’ll :

  • Run the Floor : Lead by example and keep things flowing during rushes and busy shifts.
  • Coach & Support : Help train new team members and build up your crew’s skills.
  • ⏱ Manage the Flow : Keep ticket times tight and guest satisfaction high.
  • Solve Problems Fast : Spot and fix small issues before they grow.
  • Maintain Standards : Ensure the shop stays clean, stocked, and running at peak performance.
