[job_card.job_description]Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Licenses / Certifications : New York Professional Engineer (NYPE) license. Professional certifications in Quality Management such as from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or related certifications. Experience : At least 20 years of experience in construction quality management, with significant experience in large-scale, complex construction projects like MTA projects. Skills : Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations. Leadership, team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency with quality management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves working on construction sites in varied weather conditions, with possible travel to different project locations. The pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include : 401(k), dental and health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a referral program. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work as needed. On-site role
