Administers anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, monitors vital signs, and adjusts anesthesia levels as necessary.

Job Description

• Administers anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Monitors patients' vital signs and adjusts anesthesia levels as needed.
• Collaborates with surgeons and other medical professionals to develop an anesthesia plan for each patient.
• Provides pre-operative consultations to patients to discuss anesthesia options and potential risks.
• Documents patients' medical histories and anesthesia administration details.
• Responds to emergencies during surgical procedures, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory distress.

Education Requirement : ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology, required.

Certifications : Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, pediatric anesthesiology, and pain medicine, required.

Experience : Training in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, including clinical hypnosis or acupuncture, preferred.
