What We Are Looking For
Caring Transitions of Garland, Texas, is seeking a part-time BDR to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission. This role has the potential to become a full-time position within 6-12 months, or sooner, based upon performance and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities To Be Performed (But Not Limited To)
- Experience in the senior services community such as assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, etc. preferred, but not necessary
- Identify and develop new referral sources in the Garland Area
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Actively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email and in-person meetings, local travel required
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with community partners such as assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, real estate professionals and family-law or estate attorneys, or any other referral partners that are relevant to the industry
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectives
- Utilize branded materials, social media tools, training content and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awareness
- Participate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the market
- Provide regular activity reports and performance updates
