Head of Finance, near Warrington

Up to £100,000 + benefits + bonus (up to 20%)

A broad high-impact finance leadership role in one of the North West’s fastest growing businesses. Clear path to Finance Director. Ideally seeking a commercially minded finance leader who also has robust Financial Control experience.

    Number 1 in finance; Key member of the senior leadership team; Commercial business partner to all functions. The role has full responsibility for :

  • Controllership
  • FP&A
  • Commercial support
  • Compliance
  • Direct input into strategy and operational improvement
  • Leads a capable team (6 people)
  • Exposure to M&A, investment decisions, and group-level relationships

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) with solid financial control experience
  • Commercially minded, operationally aware
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder
  • Hands-on leader with an eye for detail and delivery
