Member Contact Center Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels

Perform basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions

Maintain confidentiality of member information and participate in continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications

1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting service and sales goals

Basic understanding of financial products and services

Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Genuine interest in helping members with an empathetic and caring nature
