Role : Lead Software Engineer

Location : Louisville, KY

Duration : Long term

Required Skills : STEP-FOCUS integration workflow, Java / Spring Boot

Job Description :

Technical ownership of product activation, STEP-FOCUS integration workflows, and system-level orchestration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead backend integration between STEP and FOCUS systems
  • Guide API design, microservices structure, and config-based automation
  • Mentor developers and support rollout of product activation pipelines
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure scalable, testable solutions

Requirements :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Harness, Jenkins)
  • Understanding of STEP MDM structures and POS automation workflows
  • Experience with Bitbucket, Workshop CLI (read-only usage), SQL
