HVAC Mechanic

About the Role

Complete Building Services is in search of full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our large facility contract in Adelphi, MD. The HVAC Mechanic will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment.  The HVAC Mechanic shall also be responsible for the technical expertise of HVAC systems. Hours : Monday-Friday 8 am-4 : 30 pm. Salary $30-$35 per hour.

The HVAC Mechanic shall have the ability to :

• Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned
• Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed
