We're seeking Machine Learning Engineers to revolutionize how we optimize our operations using ML and GenAI. This is a unique opportunity to apply the latest advances in ML and GenAI to real-world problems that directly impact millions of users and the future of digital finance.

Our AI teams are dedicated to building intelligent systems that protect our platform while ensuring a seamless experience for legitimate users. We are transforming traditional tasks such as manual document review and risk assessment into an automated, scalable system powered by state-of-the-art machine learning.

What you'll be doing (ie. job duties) :

• Hands-on develop, productionize, and operate Machine Learning models and pipelines at scale
• Contribute to our ML models and work at the intersection of Blockchain and AI technologies
• Work with our senior engineers and collaborate with our product partners to identify and solve new use cases for ML on blockchain

For select roles, Coinbase is piloting an AI tool based on machine learning technologies to conduct initial screening interviews to qualified applicants. The tool simulates realistic interview scenarios and engages in dynamic conversation. Your interview responses, in the form of a voice recording and / or transcript will be assessed in terms of the job qualifications and characteristics listed in the position description above by a human recruiter.

For other select roles, Coinbase is piloting BrightHire, an AI interview intelligence platform, to transcribe and summarize interview notes, allowing our interviewers to fully focus on you as the candidate.

Depending on your role and stage in the application process, you will be informed of more specifics regarding which tool(s) will be used as part of the interview process.

These interview tools enable us to give a greater number of candidates an initial interview who meet our mandatory hiring criteria. Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range :

$152,405-$179,300 USD
