Now Hiring : Mid-Level Programmer

Location : Texarkana, TX

Type : Full-Time | On-Site (Not Remote)

Pay : starting at $72,000 / year

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Texarkana to find a Mid-Level Programmer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact operations and help drive innovation.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and maintain applications supporting the company's manufacturing tracking system
  • Build web interfaces for internal users to interact with these systems
  • Create and maintain API integrations between business platforms (CRM, ERP, and custom applications)
  • Work closely with IT and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security

What You Bring :

  • 2-4 years of professional programming experience
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and best practices
  • Experience developing web-based applications
  • Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful APIs
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities

    • Preferred (Not Required) :

  • Experience with C# or willingness to learn
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments or business systems integration
  • Experience with SQL databases
