Rachel Machin State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license (20-44 or 2-20)
• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license (2-15)
