We’re seeking a  Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician  to join a thriving, well-established outpatient practice. Join a  collaborative team  of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers in a busy outpatient family medicine clinic.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)  with shared 1 : 4 call rotation.

Onsite lab and easy access to specialists in urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology, and hospitalist services.

Minimal commute  — less than 15 minutes from anywhere in town, and just 5 minutes from the hospital.

Compensation & Benefits

Two-year guaranteed salary :  $290,100 annually

Bonus package :  $150,000 + productivity incentives

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)  eligibility

Relocation assistance :  Up to $15,000

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible  in Family Medicine  (within 2 years of eligibility)

Iowa license  or ability to obtain

Clean malpractice and licensing record  highly preferred

Visa candidates (J-1 / H-1B)  welcome — please indicate visa status

Full-time availability, Monday–Friday schedule, with 1 : 4 call rotation
