Evaluate training program success and provide coaching to agents

Required Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Customer Service industry

Experience developing content for customers and internal users

Ability to empathize with customers and understand their perspectives

Experience prioritizing support requests and escalating issues

Proficiency in turning complex information into clear content
