Management Trainee Responsibilities :

• Oversees the day-to-day procedures and performance of the sales and customer service departments to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients
• Understands the overarching company mission, as well as communicates and models our core values of the organization, to create a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among employees
• Manages customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
• Participates in office meetings expressing new and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service team
• Contributes feedback to sales executives, including recommendations on new sales techniques and how we present products or sales promotions to new customers
• Shadows senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge
