Daily Property Adjuster – Wilmington, NC

CENCO Claims is expanding coverage along the North Carolina coast and is seeking a dependable Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential property claims in the Wilmington area. This field-based role offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced internal claims team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate wind, storm, and water-related damage

• Capture detailed documentation, including photos, measurements, and field notes

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and carrier representatives

• Manage claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards

• Provide a positive and professional experience for policyholders throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For

• Property claims experience preferred but not required

• Familiarity with Xactimate or willingness to learn

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof climbs and navigating damaged properties

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment
