Position Summary
The Talent Scout is responsible for strategically expanding and nurturing Sound’s talent community as a growth engine for the organization. Acting as a connector and talent market strategist, this role combines recruiting, marketing, and business development principles to identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and convert talent leads into prospects. Top candidates will bring innovative sourcing & engagement strategies and will be able to leverage both new and existing tools creatively. Unlike a traditional sourcing role, this role is focused on pipelining for future opportunities versus roles we are recruiting for today.
The Details : This opportunity will require the ability to travel to a minimum of two recruitment events per year. This position is eligible for additional compensation beyond base pay.

Talent Community Growth & Pipelining
Growing and nurturing Sound’s talent community through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and talent market development initiativesPartnering with Marketing Specialist to develop thoughtful and personalized campaigns to engage and nurture talentSourcing passive talent from the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, job boards, events and other combinations of recruitment marketing strategiesEngaging with clinicians to understand their career ambitions, motivators and requirements to consider a new opportunity either now or in the futureManaging talent profiles within CRM and updating based on outcomes from engagementsSupporting outreach for recruiting events to increase brand awareness and networking opportunities – including marquee events, tabletop career fairs and social gatheringsSupporting social media presence by sharing career opportunities and brand awareness content, acting as a brand ambassador across identified channelsAct as a talent market ambassador, representing Sound at conferences and events to build brand equity and uncover new talent channelsPositively projecting the values and goals of Sound Physicians with the sophistication and maturity required to build credibility with physicians and Sound Physicians colleagues & clientsTalent & Competitor Intelligence

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required4-6 years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing or sales role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or biotechSALARY RANGE : This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000-$90,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
