Business Systems Analyst

ComResource is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

We need someone to assist in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes, driving technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and system manuals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project momentum.
• Use Power BI or other tools to visualize data and support decision-making.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Essentials:

• Proven experience in business systems analysis and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Desired:

• Experience in financial services or technology transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance, auditing, or infrastructure requirements.
