Job Summary :
Responsible for installation, support, maintenance and monitoring of all LCC owned Microsoft (MS) Windows technology including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, hardware, software, and other peripherals. Facilitate technology meetings with faculty and program areas campus-wide to determine the technology needs in MS Windows computer classrooms. Responsible for Windows image development and troubleshooting. Lead PT technicians (PS9974, PS9950) and student technicians (SSITCT2)
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and / or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications :
Associate’s Degree in a computer related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and technical / computer education.
Demonstrated experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Three years’ experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.
Leadership experience.
One year of customer service experience.
