In this role, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures, adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
