• Health Care Plan that is 100% company-paid and is free to all our care professionals who work at least 30 hours per month. There are also upgrade options for our Health Care Plan for even better coverage.
• Great Pay Plan, from a minimum of $17.50 - $18.50 per hour base pay, PLUS short shift bonuses which can raise your pay up to $27.50 per hour.
• Paid Time Off, 100% of our caregiver team earns paid time off they can use for Vacation, Sick Time, or Personal Days. You earn PTO every hour you work.
• Paid Holidays, even when you don't work. Every caregiver who averages at least 15 hours per week can earn from 3-8 hours of Holiday pay.
• Time-and-a-half or Double-time for working certain holidays.
• Paid Training, both live training in our Skills Lab and online training, is paid. We'll even pay for your CPR training.
• Flexible schedules - work around school or other job schedules.

Responsibilities : As an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) with SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton, you will :

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HHA delivering home care required.

You may be part of an entire care team, including skilled nurses and therapists from a Home Health agency.
