Automotive Store Manager

Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. This role includes a lucrative monthly bonus program on profitable sales. In addition, we have monthly sales contest!

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and maximize product knowledge
• Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
• Oversee technical aspects and assist with services / repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Build customer relationships and address all customer needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through required training

Qualifications

Automotive Technician

Salary Range : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. Based on experience. $26 - $35 Flat Rate.
