Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Manage and optimize automated flows and lifecycle programs to enhance engagement and retention
Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email and lifecycle retention programs
B2C experience, preferably with enterprise or large-scale ecommerce brands
Hands-on experience with major ESPs (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo)
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email customization
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
