Locum Tenens Opportunity - Emergency Medicine Physician Location : Near HAVANA, AR Facility : Leading Healthcare System Assignment Type : 12-hour shifts, Days Start Date : September 12, 2023 End Date : Ongoing Specialty : Emergency Medicine Coverage Required : Emergency Department coverage Shift Type : 10a-10p, 12-hour shifts Weekend Requirements : Yes Certification Requirements : Board Certified Emergency Medicine (Required) Active Arkansas License (Highly preferred, will consider providers needing to obtain AR license) Emergency Medicine Residency (Required) ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP & DEA (Required) COVID Vaccinated (Required) Practice Setting : Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department Procedures : Laceration repair, abscess I / D, thoracostomy, thoracotomy, trauma management, lumbar puncture, code management, EKG interpretation, intubation and airway management, uncomplicated ortho reductions, central venous access, ACLS, moderate sedation, uncomplicated epistaxis management, and other common emergency medicine procedures.
