Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on pools, spas, and related equipment
Test and adjust chemical levels to ensure water safety and clarity
Clean and vacuum pools, maintain filters, pumps, and skimmers
Troubleshoot, repair, or replace pool / spa components (pumps, heaters, plumbing, etc.)
Communicate with customers on-site to explain services and address issues
Maintain accurate service records and report job completion
Load / unload service vehicles with tools, chemicals, and equipment
Adhere to safety guidelines and wear proper PPE
Travel locally using company vehicle to multiple service appointments each day
Qualifications
13+ years of experience in pool / spa service, maintenance, or similar field preferred
Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical troubleshooting skills strongly valued
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor environments
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time independently
Bilingual skills a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak season
