Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily office operations including scheduling, invoicing, and correspondenceServe as the primary point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, quotes, and order updatesCoordinate with production staff to ensure timely completion of embroidery jobsMaintain inventory of supplies and materials; place orders as neededTrack and manage customer orders using shop management softwareSupport marketing efforts including social media updates and promotional campaignsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsTrain and supervise office assistants or interns if applicableThe salary for this position can reach up to $65,000 / year depending upon qualifications and years of experience.
