Manager of Implementation

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation who will lead a team of project managers and technical specialists to ensure successful client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage an implementation team, assigning new projects based on resource availability

Serve as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for implementation challenges and customer issues

Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in technology or technical product configuration, preferably in SaaS

2+ years of management or leadership experience

Experience in healthcare environments (clinical or administrative)

Proven ability to lead teams delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership and team management abilities with a commitment to professional growth
