About the Role

We are seeking a Proofer Operator to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Proofer Operator , you will be responsible for monitoring dough quality and process controls, ensuring adherence to production specifications, and maintaining sanitation standards in the proofer and oven areas.
