College Coach Concierge

A company is looking for a College Coach Concierge, part-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake counseling sessions over the phone to introduce families to available college planning benefits

Schedule follow-up appointments based on high school counseling and college planning expertise

Track all work in the online client registration system

Required Qualifications

3 years of high school counseling experience is required

Bachelor's Degree is required, or 3 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Willingness to learn and promote the college planning benefit

Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse families

Access to reliable phone, personal computer, and internet service
