A company is looking for an Account Services Support Representative (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Call Center staff and manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Assist with entering disputes and mailing 30-day letters as necessary
Help maintain and update departmental procedure manuals and enhance member experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
One year of administrative experience required
One year of experience in financial services preferred
Proven PC skills are necessary
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
