Job Summary
Join our team as a Telecommunications Technician, where you'll play a vital role in installing and testing telecommunication infrastructure. This position involves working under immediate supervision and requires you to follow established guidelines to effectively perform your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks for end-to-end system installation and testing, with duties varying according to project type and scope.
- Assist higher-level Technicians, Lead Technicians, or Site Managers with assigned tasks.

Knowledge and Skills Required
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the telecommunications installation field.
- Experience in telecom/data center environments, specifically in:
- Installation of raised floor systems
- Setup of server cabinets and open racks
- Installation of ladder racks, fiber troughs, and associated materials
- Strong understanding of proper lacing techniques
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly under supervision.
- Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders up to 25 feet, and work on lifts up to 40 feet.
- Capacity to lift or carry weights of up to 50 pounds.
Education / Certification
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing (drug and background check) and hold a valid driver's license.
