Job Description

Business Development Coordinator

Position Overview

This is an entry-level role supporting the Business Development team across marketing, client development, and sales enablement initiatives. The position is designed to grow into a sales-focused role , making it ideal for someone interested in business development, relationship building, and revenue growth.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and brand materials
  • Assist with press releases, newsletters, and company announcements
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
  • Maintain business development tools and platforms (CRM and social media)
  • Assist with project budgeting and reporting
  • Support planning and execution of client events
  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to support growth initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Professional, results-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; graphic design experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in business development and sales is required
  • Prior experience in hospitality, purchasing, or related industries is a plus
  • Product knowledge related to furnishings or equipment is a plus
  • Monday to Friday Onsite

    8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm
