Technical Architect

E-logic is hiring a Technical Architect to provide staff augmentation services to Suffolk Countys Department of Information Technology (DoIT). This resource will work under the management of a Suffolk County IT Manager to contribute to cybersecurity posture improvement policy enforcement and automation and risk-based compliance and remediation. This role will be full time with a duration of 3 months with a possibility to extend it depending on the agencys needs.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

The Technical Architect will focus on the design and configuration of enterprise architecture elements including :

• Reviewing Firewall policies and identifying / reporting cybersecurity gaps.
• Reviewing Firewall interface configurations and reporting cybersecurity gaps.
• Reviewing Firewall Zones .
• Documenting and Diagramming the architecture and findings.
