Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios focused on product Browse, cart management, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.
• Identify and document any friction points, confusing elements, or design flaws that hinder the e-commerce user journey.
• Provide actionable recommendations to design and development teams to improve website/app navigation, product presentation, and checkout efficiency.
• Ensure consistent and intuitive user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on e-commerce UX observations and suggested improvements.

Requirements:
