Internal Controls Testing Analyst

A company is looking for an Internal Controls & Policy Adherence Testing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Master internal policies and map regulatory obligations with associated controls

Design and maintain a testing calendar, performing periodic tests to evaluate control effectiveness

Develop and implement automated testing routines to monitor policy adherence and identify control gaps

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in English for interpreting policies and documentation

Experience or strong interest in automating tests and controls

Basic to intermediate technical skills in SQL or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript

Previous experience in internal controls, compliance, or auditing (preferred but not mandatory)

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
