If you're looking for a hands-on role that can grow into a lasting career, this position is an excellent starting point. As a Paratransit Quality Control Specialist, you'll help keep our fleet fueled, clean, and safeensuring our vehicles are ready to serve the community every day.

This entry-level position provides exposure to a professional maintenance shop environment, allowing you to gain real-world experience, build relationships with mechanics and shop leadership, and open doors to future opportunities such as Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, or Paratransit Driver.

What You'll Do

• Fuel & Fluids : Fuel all paratransit vehicles and service trucks; check and top off fluid levels (oil, coolant, transmission, washer fluid, etc.)
• Vehicle Quality : Inspect vehicles for damage during fueling, check tire pressure, and report issues to the shop
• Cleanliness : Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet fleet standards
• Fleet & Facility Support : Reposition vehicles in the yard to support dispatch operations; assist with minor maintenance tasks such as seat repairs, lamp replacements, or mirror adjustments
• Parts & Records : Maintain accurate fuel logs, inventory records, and variance reports
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all PPE, environmental, and safety protocols, including spill response procedures
• Facility Care : Support yard organization, building upkeep, and seasonal outdoor maintenance
